Handyman Service

Our team understands the issues even small repairs can cause when geographically separated from your investment property.  We offer 1 hour of free handyman labor each month, if your property requires no repair that month you can roll that forward up to a maximum of 6 hours.  This free handyman labor can be used towards any repairs legally allowed as handyman work on the island of Oahu. 

Tenant Placement

Unlike many property management companies we do not charge any fees to you for the placement of new tenants.  We understand that selecting the best tenant is in everyone best interest and will work hard to provide multiple quality applicants, with supporting credit and rental history information to guide you in making the best choice for you and your property

Technology

We utilize industry leading cloud software to simplify and improve the rental process for owners and tenants.  For owners this allows instant access to monthly and yearly statements for each property.  These statements simply all tax related matters and help you to make informed decisions regarding you investment going forward.

Inspections

We strongly believe that respect is a two way street with owners and tenants, our complimentary move in and move out inspections help to facilitate this. We fully document the condition of each property at these inspections to avoid unnecessary conflict, and smooth security deposit disputes.
